Wife and I had some bad times and got behind on some debt and needed help to settle. On my first visit with Michael, he was an excellent listener and allowed me to tell our situation without ever once trying to speed things up or skip forward. He simplified what I could expect, and what he should b...e able to do. I'm very happy to report he was able to exceed my expectations. His fee was very reasonable. His assistant Renee, though very busy at times, always got message's to Michael and or got back to me with answers to my questions during the process. I normally don’t write reviews, but this business deserves it. My wife and I hired Mr. Noyes with some financial issues. He made us feel at ease immediately. We were worried about lots of issues, but he and his long time staff member Melanie made sure the process to solve our problems went smoothly ...and we received great results. He made sure that all of our questions were answered along the way despite the fact that he seemed really busy (the good ones always are) he took whatever time was needed to give us exactly what we were looking for in all respects. We would enthusiastically recommend him.

He quoted a retainer and said his charges would not exceed that retainer, plus out-of pocket expenses. He had a very good legal assistant did a good job until she left his firm. He did no work beyond that. A case in point, I asked him about an attorney that had contacted me for collections. He sai...d he knew him will and would handle it. He never spoke to him. As time went on he kept asking for more money, but never did the work that he had originally said he would do for the retainer. Run if you ever see him. He does not do what he said he will do.
