Ann, paralegal, kept track of paperwork submitted and forwarded my questions to Mike. I was kept informed each step of the way by Mike and received court paperwork in a timel...y manner by e-mail.

He was very clear about processes, answered any and every single question we had (there was a lot), professional, responded quickly, walked us thru every step of our Chapter 13 process, and was always understanding.
