Before writing this review, I took the time to read several previous reviews done by clients of the Wink and Wink firm. I was struck by the overwhelming similarities in how these clients described their experience, and how they so closely mirrored my own experience. From my first meeting with Mike an...d Gigi Wink, I felt I was going to be in good hands. As I went through the process of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Mike handled my case and earned my, trust, respect and appreciation over and over. He is a consummate professional, and I would, with complete confidence, recommend him to family members and my dearest friends.

I've been very happy with the support and service I've received from Mike Wink. I originally filed for Chapter 7 on my own. I encountered roadblocks with the court and realized I needed the assistance of a lawyer. Mike gladly accepted my case and provided immediate consultation. He advised I conv...ert to Chapter 13 and assured me he could secure a very reasonable monthly payment. He also charged me very little up front and promised he could get the bulk of his compensation through the banktruptcy court. Everything worked out as he promised and my bankruptcy experience has had minimal stress as the result.
