It is my privilege to recommend Mr. Wick. Mr. Wick is a bright, enthusiastic, and excellent attorney. Mr. Wick was assigned to be my consultant and represent me before the Merit Systems Protection Board. During the legal proceedings, he demonstrated the character and work ethic that easily gained my trust. Mr. Wick is extremely knowledgeable in the law and knows how to deal with complex issues which can arise in a court setting. Thanks to God and Mr. Wick’s extreme knowledge in the law, his professionalism and passion to defend me is what gave me a successful victory in my case. I thank God for Mr. Wick as my defender. I believe his work would, not only meet, but exceed your expectations should you choose him to represent you in any legal matter.

Ben is a Rock Star as far as I am concerned. I am a real person - a top-notch performer who got on the wrong side of management. Ben stepped in and quickly demonstrated that he had greater expertise in employment laws and matters than managers in my company. He is tough, credible and persistent. He held their feet to the fire and kept them honest as my issues were being resolved. I would not hesitate to hire Ben to represent me in the most complicated situation. He built with me an environment of trust, confidence and realistic optimism.

Ben was wonderful from start to finish. He addressed all my concerns and made sure that I was taken care of. My case involved an employment claim with my previous employer (oil & gas company) who is known to have won many cases against their employees. However, Ben has done an excellent job navigating this case and negotiating a settlement on my behalf.
During the process, Ben made sure I was aware of his strategy plans and decision making. He also valued my input and opinion at all times.
I am very pleased to have hired his law office and will definitely be contacting him in the future if such events take place again.
Thank you, Ben, for everything!

Ben is currently handling my appeal before the MSPB. While trying hire an attorney for my appeal, I conducted some research and was amazed on all the positive feedback that I received from several federal employees in regards to Ben. I have been able to witness Ben's extensive knowledge and experience in LER issues with the federal government. Ben is a true professional and is always just a phone call away, no matter the geographical location. He immediately responds to your phone calls, texts, and emails; Most importantly, he is able to answer any concerns that you might have regarding your case. I highly recommend him; he has an excellent track record.

I believed I was wrongfully terminated from my federal job. Ben Wick came to his own understanding of the facts of my termination quickly and accurately. With hard work, patience, skill, and an expert understanding of the law and how it is practiced, he built a compelling case for me, which we mediated to a great outcome. I am very appreciative. Through it all Ben treated me with respect, care, and compassion. In the end nothing was left undone, and even the agency had come to see their error.

I can say this sincerely from my heart. 2 years ago I was lost in a bad situation that involved my Federal employer. It was a miracle to find Ben. I feel that Ben exemplifies his profession as a lawyer. Ben makes me feel comfortable, he is highly competent, and very diligent on all dead lines. He is very action plan oriented. In all forms of communications he is timely and prompt to respond. When you talk with Ben you don't feel rushed because he takes the time to listen and truly understand what you are trying to say. I would highly recommend Ben if you need a really great successful lawyer.
