Elder Guardianship and Probate
I assisted the guardian until the father's passing, and now we are completing the probate.
Pro Se Mediation
We came to a full mediated agreement in three hours that they then filed with the court.
Collaborative Family Law
In the end, both parents have an ongoing relationship with their children, and their assets and debts were divided fairly. All without going to court.
Litigated Parenting Time Modification
We settled some of the outstanding issues in mediation, and went to court for the remaining issues. The court found that father was emotionally harming the child, and changed parenting time so the child was at less danger.
Adoption
Both families had their adoptions completed on the same day (saving them attorney's costs). They continue to be happy parents and children.
