Always helpful

Preston is always prompt at getting back with us when we have legal questions that come up regarding our non-profit. He also makes sure we are in compliance with state regulations and guidelines.

Business Lawyer and Legal Advice

Picking the right lawyer is critical if you want to start your company right and run it right ethically and legally. I have told my wife and others many time how grateful I am I chose Preston from the day I started my business. Because he helped us start right we avoided a lot of problems. In the few... times we have needed to think thru legal options, demand letters etc, Preston has been a God send!!

Totally Satisfied!!

I have been using Preston ever since 2012 as my business lawyer. When ever I have needed wisdom or legal advice he has been prompt, professional and most helpful. My wife and I recently used him for Estate Planning. I sincerely can't imagine running a business or doing Estate Planning with out havin...g such a excellent lawyer like Preston and his staff!!

Professional, Knowledgable and Personable

We give the highest marks for Preston and his staff. Our estate planning documents were complex and involved several trusts, one for our disabled son. He handled our needs along a well established timeline and met every expectation. We would, and have, recommended his firm to others.
