Jesse’s Client Reviews that Speak for Themselves
Here is what his clients have said about his professionalism and concern for his clients’ welfare:
“Jesse is a very caring person. He addresses every possibility and make sure that you as the client is fully informed. I met many attorneys, but not many who care like he does. Strongly recommend.”
“Jesse is pretty amazing. He is a compassionate attorney with a solid grasp of the law. We used him for our wills and he has helped several friends with messy divorces and had outcomes that truly were unexpectedly positive all the way around. He is a must hire.”
~ Jason Persoff.
His concern for his clients and his extensive knowledge of family and bankruptcy law is appreciated by his peers too. Many of his fellow lawyers have appreciated and endorsed his skills as well as competence in these areas.
“Jesse is one of the best attorneys in the state and his level of experience and knowledge cannot be surpassed. I have known Jesse professionally and personally for many years and he is honest, fair and full of integrity, but most of all, he truly cares what happens to his clients and always has their best interest at heart. Plus, he is extremely responsive, which is something you need when you need legal counsel. Whenever you or someone you know needs a family attorney, bankruptcy attorney or probate/trust attorney, Jesse Aschenberg is the only call you need to make.”
~Eileen Barker Kitko.

In every instance, Jesse was a fierce advocate for his client while simultaneously remaining objective enough to engage in meaningful settlement discussions. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and always came prepared. I would not hesitate to recommend Jesse to anyone in need of family law attorney.”
“The clients I have referred to Jesse have been pleased with his work. He is thorough and works to achieve the best results for his clients.”
The Man Behind the Persona
Jesse is a Colorado native. Not only was he born and brought up here, he lives and practices in the state too. When he is not practicing law and attending to his clients’ needs, he is busy parenting 5 beautiful children. He is divorced from his wife of 22 years.
He is a man of action and loves the outdoors. You can often find Jesse cycling or mountain climbing. He wishes to conquer the famous Colorado 14’ers. He also actively participates in the community where he regularly performs with several music groups. He has a newfound passion in golf, which lets him do what he loves the best: interact with people and be outdoors.
Suspension partially stayed means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior
Jesse’s comment: “In 2006, I violated the rules of professional conduct by misrepresenting information to a bankruptcy trustee in a complex bankruptcy case. 13 years ago I thought I could outsmart the system. I was wrong. My license was suspended for 3 months. I successfully completed the probation period. I have been in good standing with the Colorado Supreme Court since then. Today, I am focused on having an ethical law practice that is focused on getting my clients the best results possible.”
