If you wanna call every week and consistently try to figure out what’s going on with your case call this place! Russell is a great attorney but his team is terrible the whole process of my case was draining His team never knew what was going on with my case I constantly got told they would call me b...ack for over a year! and even now 2 years later I asked to get a simple cover letter , and I’ve been calling every week for over a month now, someone finally contacts me today and wants to charge me $ just to email me a cover letter about the case they represented me on! Which is fine -No worries last time I ever recommend or reach out to this law firm.

The down payment was more than ideal in our situation, but communication was only available during business hours and not 24/7 as advertised. Communication was hit or miss and we spoke directly to russel Lorfing and he straight lied to us about an offer that was never on the table and also said he co...uld win our case if we took it to trial, but in order for this to happen they would need us to motivate them with finances. We came out of pocket another $1000 and then they withdrew from our case. Highly disappointed with our experience. So much for “best law firm in west Texas.”

The team at Keith & Lorfing are amazing and will help you come out on top of any case with experience and professionalism. They are pro-active and handle everything fast, so all the hard work and battles of the case will be done without you knowing. Which was great for me, I didn't stress about my ...case because it was taken off my mind once in the hands of this great team. I didn't have the best life situation but Russell worked with me and invited me into the family to ultimately help me out during a time of need. The way Mr. Lorfing helped me with my husbands Jesse case went above and beyond. He was there to walk me thru the entire process, and any concern I had he always explained it very well to me. Of course there is only so much that a lawyer can do when things aren't t always the way the are suppose to ...be but, the results we got were tremendously great considering what could have been. I really can’t put into words how great this law firm is and what they did for our family!!!! From day 1 when I called there office and needed advice really quickly, like that day within 3 hours, they didn’t just say let me take a message and call you back, she called Russell when he wasn’t even in ...the office he was actually at the airport about to board a plan. She told him what was going on and he took the time to call us and speak with us about what was going on and told us what to do for that day and he would call us later since he had to get on his flight. This was a Friday, he called us on Saturday to discuss what was going on in more detail and he was so nice and understanding. It felt great that he made us feel important to call us on a Saturday and really wanted to help. So we set up a day for us to go meet him in person and speak about everything again and it was nice that he didn’t hold back, he told us that things will get worse before it gets better. Let me tell you it definitely got worse before it got better but he was there for every bit of it!! Then we got to meet Chris Solis and he was helping break down everything to get ready for us to go to trial and he put everything into it . Now when it came to trail these two guys were amazing, they are worth more than we paid them. Seeing them in action was crazy to watch, they treated us like family and it showed in court that they were fighting for there family. They put 210% into what they do and I would recommend them over and over. I just wish I can say more but like I said words don’t do these guys justice.
