Catherine Deist focuses her practice on military members who are facing court-martial, court-martial appeal, nonjudicial punishment/letters of reprimand, administrative separation/board of inquiry, or investigation. Additionally, she represents former military members who are seeking a discharge upgrade or a correction of military records. As a military spouse and a former Air Force JAG, Ms. Deist understands firsthand the complex issues that face military members and their families.

Because of her vast legal experience spanning several areas of law, Ms. Deist aims to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction by ensuring that she devotes the appropriate amount of time educating her clients on every aspect of a matter.
Ms. Deist joined Parlatore Law Group after almost a decade of practicing law both in the United States Air Force and in private practice. Specifically, Ms. Deist handled countless divorces and child custody and visitation cases for military families.

"Catherine is a brilliant attorney and tireless advocate for her clients. We worked closely together on a recent case down in West Texas and she was diligent, professional, and aggressive in her representation. As a former JAG officer, Catherine knows how the system works and she leveraged that experience for our client's benefit. I was so impressed with her legal acumen that I plan on sending her all my military clients in the future - she is that good!"

"Catherine is one of those rare attorneys that is not only absolutely brilliant, but also endlessly curious. She is what every attorney practicing law should strive to be as she always gives 110% to her clients. I have personally seen Catherine work late into the evening and wake up before the sun to work diligently on her cases. If she doesn't know something, she does not rest until she figures it out and can explain it to someone else. She's a power house and any client would be lucky to have her."
"I highly endorse Ms. Deist. Truly exceptional and caring attorney who achieves great results in representing clients."
