David Guinn has been nothing short of amazing throughout this entire experience. From day one, he treated my case with seriousness and care, digging into every detail to build the best possible defense. He took the time to walk me through each step of the process, which really helped calm a lot of t...

I HIGHLY recommend David and his team. Mr. Guinn and his assistant Ms. Mireles were incredible in helping me with my case. Their office handles large scale felony cases on a regular basis, so when I was charged with a misdemeanor, I was worried they would not give my case proper attention. That concern was quickly put to rest as both ...

David helped me at a critical crossroads in my life. He worked with me to do everything we could to make sure we got the outcome I was looking for. Even years later he helped me to clean up everything. I can honestly recommend him to anyone needing help.
"David Guinn is a true gentleman and a real fighter for his clients. I’ve represented codefendants in cases in which he was involved, and his ability to instantly grasp the story behind the case and relay it to the court and other counsel is truly amazing. A great, great advocate."
"David Guinn is the gold standard for criminal defense attorneys. I consider him to be the best attorney - civil or criminal - in all of West Texas. And I should know because I not only practice in West Texas but served as a federal prosecutor in Lubbock for many years and went toe-to-toe with David on several cases. It's hard to explain what makes him different but it was apparent the moment I met him. He just has a presence about him. I know from personal experience that judges and prosecutors hold him in high regard. He is a titan in the legal community for many reasons but chief among them is that he simply cares for his clients. He fights tirelessly for each and every client and for that, he will always have my respect."
"David is an exceptional attorney with a strong understanding of criminal law. He is a fierce advocate and will thoroughly defend his clients rights."
"I endorse this lawyer. David has a knowledge and grasp of the law and procedure that seprarates him from the field. He is an agressive advocate in the courtroom, fighting for his clients and his principles of right and wrong. I have worked with David on several cases and am always impressed with his hard work and dedication to his clients and to the legal profession."
