Fantastic from Start to Finish

This was my first Personal Injury Claim I have ever been involved in and was sick to my stomach to even consider starting the process. But once arrived and met with Burgess it calmed my nerves feeling like we were talking with a friend versus an lawyer. From that point on we had a great experience wi...th a personal touch every step of the way. I highly recommend Burgess as well as Zinda and Davis Lawfirm for your legal needs.

Fantastic lawyer

Mr Williams is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. He is readily available and very willing to be of assistance. He also was of great help because his spanish was very proficient. Overall, my interaction was outstanding.

Excellent Experience with Burgess!

From the beginning until the end of the process I was provided with outstanding service! Burgess and Holly treated me and my husband like we were part of a huge family - their family. He made sure we understood everything very clearly and in a timely manner. Holly was an absolute jewel! We found bot...h of them to be a very competent, warm and caring team. 5 Stars across the board

I am very satisfied with my experience and services from my attorney with Zinda & Davis, From my initial visit/ consultation right away I felt comfortable with my attorney Burgess Williams and the rest of the staff. The interest he showed in my case and the clear and distinct visibility of his compet...ence and expertise was only matched by how thorough and professional his services were. His assistant/paralegal, Holly Todd was very polite and communicative in every aspect of my case. She was always prompt and reliable when it came to making sure I didn't forget my appointments and would always call or email to follow up with me on how they went, She would even contact me periodically for an update on both sides of my case, which helped me rest assured that my case really mattered. Prompt response time, my concerns were always taken care of and never brushed aside, I really felt i could lean on his judgment and trust any and all advice he provided as well as all answers to my questions. He even went out of his way and provided legal advice for me regarding a vehicular accident that had nothing to do with my case, when he didn't have to. During my final visit the staff was still very accommodating and my attorney walked me through the legalities and closing stages of my case. All in all, I left knowing I received the best services possible and was confident in my attorney's advice and judgement, I would without a doubt recommend Zinda & Davis to any friends and family who would ever seek to rely on mine in making such a pivotal decision, Thank you Zinda & Davis. 5 Stars!!
