Never again

When I have met with Kimberly, she assured me to work my case and provide me with follow ups and professional care. What I got was: poor communication, lack of follow ups and she even did not bother to let me know that she was leaving the practice for another firm and "forgot" my case. This re...sulted in a fact that my case fell through the crack, and if I did not contact Zinda Law Group asking about the status, I would not have learned that they / read Kimberly- did not submit my paperwork to the guilty party's insurance company and no one new came forward to let me know who will represent me at that point. This was very unprofessional behavior and based on my experience, I would never work with Kimberly Smith, nor can I recommend her services.

Great Iawyer

Kimberly fought hard for me and never gave up on my case and got me the compensation i deserved i would recommend her to any of my friends family or anyone needing a very good personal injury lawyer.

Kimberly was wonderful at her job, she tried her best to keep me updated on my case. Fantastic to work with

Kimberly came on to my case towards the end during the settlement phase and it was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had during my entire personal injury case. She was very clear in describing to me the current situation and explained next steps and what to expect in the near future as we...ll as answered all my miscellaneous questions I had. I would highly recommend Kimberly. Not only was she great to talk through my case with but she was also able to negotiate my medical fees down and get some extra cash in my pockets. Very thankful to get to work with her.
