Fantastic from Start to Finish

This was my first Personal Injury Claim I have ever been involved in and was sick to my stomach to even consider starting the process. But once arrived and met with Burgess it calmed my nerves feeling like we were talking with a friend versus an lawyer. From that point on we had a great experience wi...th a personal touch every step of the way. I highly recommend Burgess as well as Zinda and Davis Lawfirm for your legal needs.

Wonderful

Mr Williams handled my case wonderfully. His Paralegals were also very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions that needed answered. I would highly recommend him if you are in need of some legal assistance. If there is ever a time when I need lawyer in the future. He is who I'm calling. ...

BEST LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND EXPERIENCE ENCOUNTERED

It was by pure accident that I came in contact with Burgess Williams. I was actually trying to reach a local popular televised attorney to represent me, but somehow Burgess Williams with Zinda and Davis Law Firm called me back almost immediately. I was very impressed with Burgess from the beginning. ...he drove all the way to my home which is approximately one hour from where he works and resides, on a Sunday morning, to meet with me to discuss my options regarding my work related injury. Burgess was very kind when he spoke with me at my home. He explained everything to me using terminology that I could understand. Burgess made sure that my medical care was taking care of he set me up with the best specialist and if there was ever an issue with my treatment he was able to get it taken care of. Burgess was able to get me the maximum amount of money that he possibly could given my situation where there are multiple claimants involved. He took care of everything for me I did not have to do anything but keep my appointments with my medical providers.I was able to focus on my physical mental and emotional healing and not have to deal with the legal aspect of my injuries. he kept me informed and updated each step of the way and ran everything by me and gave his recommendation before any decisions were made. His staff was always readily available to help me if Burgess was not. I did not have to wait days or weeks to hear back from my attorney. EitherBurgess himself or a member of his team contacted me with in the same business day, usually it was within an hour or so. And his team of paralegals are very knowledgeable regarding the cases that Burgess is working on. They always knew what was going on and what was pending. Burgess and his entire team are very courteous respectful and kind. I would strongly recommend Burgess Williams with Zinda and Davis Law Firm to anyone who may need personal injury representation. Thank you Burgess, for ALL your hardwirk. I am amazed at how you wrapped it up in perfect timing for me. I was told by others this wiuld taje years before I saw a penny. You were able to get me check in approximately to months.!
