Exceptionally smart, experienced and has my back

Wannamaker has handled many legal matters for me over the years (since 2013 misdemeanor to felonies) and has always achieved the outcome I was looking for. Always responds to any random legal inquiries I have and has a decent sense of humor. 10/10

Great lawer Go Getter tells it how it is.

I got arrested for dwi leaving a night club the officers had a sting in the club watching for drinkers dan pointed out to the judge why they had no reason to pull me over as in the video i did nothing wrong for the traffic stop. The judge threw out the case. Case dismissed. Mr Dan wannamaker is the man.

Always gets it done!!!

Dan was a pleasure from the beginning, not over-promising on anything but he MAJORLY delivered, and without going into too many details, in an incredible way. Charges dropped way down and it was all thanks to Dan. Definitely would 10/10 recommend. If you’re even considering him, just do it.

Magic!

I was Indicted on a federal conspiracy case and Dan was assigned to me. From the moment I met him he was cool and confident. He made me feel assured that everything was going to work out. He worked his magic and my case was dismissed! He truly fights for his clients and kept constant communication with me. He always treated me kindly and with respect even though I didn’t actually spend any money on him. I highly recommend Dan. God forbid I get another federal case, but if I do I will be calling on him again!

A stand-up guy that is great at his craft

I’m incredibly thankful to have had Dan on my side as my attorney. I was facing a felony aggravated assault and a very scary and uncertain future. With this being my first offense ever, I had absolutely no knowledge of the judicial process or what was to come, but with Dan’s extensive knowledge and skill in criminal law, he was able to guide me and assure me every step of the way (it also helped that he had a great sense of humor, which brought some levity to an otherwise very serious situation). In the end, he was able to negotiate my original charge down to a terrorist threat Class B misdemeanor with deferred adjudication. Thanks to him, I’m finally able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and find a way to put a very unfortunate event in my life behind me. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney.

Excellent attorney

I am so thankful that I hired Dan wannamaker as my attorney. He fought for what was right. I was facing a felony charge that held a 2-10 year sentence, and a misdemeanor assault charge. With Dan's experience and knowledge he was able to get both charges dismissed!! He also worked with me on a payment plan.
