I was misled by an unscrupulous attorney into pleading guilty to a felony charge in order to receive deferred adjudication. I later discovered that my plea had far worse consequences than I was told. It was devastating to my life and career. I was referred to Chris and decided to hire him to help me ...out. I am very, very glad that I did. Chris filed a successful writ of habeas corpus to reopen my case by showing that my trial attorney provided ineffective assistance of counsel. Chris then convinced the prosecution to totally dismiss my charges without a new trial. It was the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. The dismissal of my charges means that I can expunge my record and pursue the career of choice. My impression of Chris is that he is extremely bright, dedicated, caring, hard-working, ethical, and resourceful. Chris was always easily accessible. Also, his fees were completely reasonable. I spoke with other attorneys who wanted a lot more than Chris to file a writ of habeas corpus. Plus, since Chris got my charges dropped as well, this meant that I did not have to invest more money at the trial level, not to mention incalculable time and emotional energy. With Chris as my advocate, I had a fair shot at justice and justice is what I got. Everyone deserves that. So, I strongly urge you to go to Chris if you or someone in your life is dealing with a criminal matter.

Mr. Perri is a great Counsel, he was very diligent since we first talked and got on our case immediately.
