I got myself in a very bad spot and I started to contact attorney’s. Out of all the attorney’s I spoke with Russell made a great impression on me. I made an appointment and went to see him the very next day. He actually listened to my part of the story and gave me the best & worst case scenario’s. I must say he doesn’t give you fake hope or sugar coat anything. He’s honest and straight forward. I like that quality about him and hired him. Whenever I had any questions I would contact him thru an email or text and he was always available to me, even on Sundays. Russ worked closely on my case. The process spanned 15months and two prosecutors. Russ suggested an investegator that helped a great deal, then worked with the Prosecutor to ensure the case was rightly dismissed. Russ is Courteous, and available - a very good Attorney.

While going through a federal criminal case, I hired Russ in April of 2014. Before hiring him I had heard several lawyer horror stories, but when I started reaching out to find one my gut told me to choose Russ.
