Neil and his team truly were amazing! I have absolutely no complaints. Neil, Betsy and Anne were awesome and all made my life easier and helped helped gain my confidence as a woman and as a mom through out my divorce and child custody. They all are worth every penny! All of them are incredibly respon...sive, they always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner. I cannot reccomend them enough! The best divorce and child custody team out there.

My ex husband and I had been separated for about 2 years when he decided that he wanted to get back together. I had no interest in taking that road. Two weeks later, I had divorce papers delivered to my door indicating that he wanted full custody of our child. There are no words to express my fear... in this situation. In tears, I consulted an attorney friend and she recommended Mr. Beyer, by telling me that he was the best court attorney in town. She was not incorrect. I called him, still in tears, and he calmly explained the process to me and what I could expect in regards to timeline and cost. I would do ANYTHING to provide the best life possible to my child. In subsequent meetings, Neil actively listened to the details of the case and created a few scenarios that might be ideal for our child. I hired Neil again, and again, I won. I hope that was the last time my family goes through this traumatic experience; however, if we do, I will hire Neil again without hesitation. Neil is by far the most skilled, intelligent and competent lawyer I've ever worked with. He's down to earth so communication with him is seamless. First, if you choose to employ a different attorney, you are making a huge mistake. Neil is not the cheapest attorney available but I’ll tell you that he is worth every single cent, and then some! He listened to what we wanted, shared his past experiences and made informed suggestions. Someone stated... that Neil has a vast knowledge of human behavior and I’m here to tell you that it couldn’t be more true. I’m quite a particular person, especially when it came to spending this kind of money and for what was at stake. As a friend once told me, you are trusting your family law attorney with your life. It’s true. I’ll tell you that I doubt I could have trusted another attorney to look out for our interests like I trust Neil. Neil also never made irresponsible decisions that cost us more money. I never felt, not even once, like he was carelessly running up our bill. In fact, it was noticed, respected and appreciated that he always carefully thought out his steps before taking them, which helped save us a lot of money, as well as wasted efforts, energy and additional suffering.
