Biography
Being the child of divorce and having three children of my own, I understand how important the relationship between a parent and a child is. As a prent, you want to make sure that you are in your child's life and are there to see everything from their first steps to the day they graduate and get married. A divorce does not end that relationship. I was drawn to divorce anc custody work to make sure that my clients preserve those bonds.

Child Custody and More
Mr. Merritt is extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communication and outstanding negotiator. He was able to protect the rights of my children. It was a complicated and long matter, yet, he explained everything and provided different scenarios thinking years ahead avoiding future issues.
