First and foremost, I would like to respectfully and humbly take the time to express my sincere appreciation and outmost gratitude to Mr. Fallings and his team. Mr. Fallings is a consummate professional and lawyer. My particular case went on well over four years resulting in it being case law at the CAFC and, also, at the MSPB. Mr. Fallings took on my case after my agency discriminated against me and retaliated against me after I spoke up for myself when an El Paso Judge discriminated against me after I offered her cultural competency training. Mr. Fallings was able to get my performance appraisal changed from the lower rat...ing they gave me to exceptional as I deserved.
