Lachlan represents federal employees in protracted litigation before federal courts and administrative bodies before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals, and various federal agency adjudication panels. Lachlan also represents clients before the various Inspectors General, including the respective Inspectors General of the Departments of Justice, Defense, State, Homeland Security, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Central Intelligence Agency, Office of Special Counsel, and Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. Representation also covers congressional investigations, OIG and OPR inquiries, and security adjudication appeals.
