Excellent and Very Reliable Attorney

Damon defended me in a protective order case a few years ago and I could not be more impressed with his handling of the matter. He was very dependable and stayed on top of every detail of my case, determining the best strategy and path forward in the early phases of the case. Damon Moore uses the law to help influencers, entertainers, entrepreneurs, and other great people make their lives better. Damon’s career as a lawyer began in Indiana. Damon was the founder and principal lawyer for the Law Office of Damon Moore. Damon’s firm handled cases involving civil rights, family law, criminal law, and appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. His firm also provided legal services for entrepreneurs who sought to start or expand their businesses. Damon moved his law firm to Texas and, after a stint in Midland, Texas as a staff attorney for a public interest law firm, established his own law firm in El Paso, Texas. While practicing law in El Paso, Damon served as a Senior Lecturer for the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). In his capacity as Senior Lecturer, Damon taught an undergraduate course about the history of African-American entrepreneurship and the federal civil rights legislation that impacted it.

Damon’s career advising professional athletes, sports figures, and entertainers began during law school. During his last year of law school, Damon recruited a football player who was drafted by a Canadian Football League team. Since 2004, Damon has maintained an impressive roster of CFL clients for whom he has negotiated contracts and provided legal services.

Damon came to me in a post on Craigslist and then eventually we have built a great attorney client relationship. Damon is fair, and will coach you both on your current situation and the bigger picture. He communicates and finds alternatives for your case if he cannot be there. Highly recommended

I was referred to Mr. Moore through a legal hotline a few years ago for the only legal issue I have ever had. Although I have never worked with any other lawyers I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Mr. Moore's work. He was friendly and professional, his fee was by far the most reasonable of the lawyers I talked to, and most of all he delivered the legal results I desired in a timely manner. I highly recommend Mr. Moore for your legal needs.

Personable, Patient and Knowledgeable

I found Damon to bring a certain amount of patience to the process that, while at certain times was frustrating, kept me from making rash decisions that could have adversely affected the outcome. He was very accommodating when it came to scheduling times and locations to meet.

Poor Service

I was matched with Damon through a attorney matching website. He was gracious enough to offer me a payment plan for my divorce. He got court set once and it was reset because he was no able to submit the appropriate documents. After that I had to contact him every few months with very little information that anything on my case was being done. Finally after a year I asked for my documents back and to break out legal relationship with no response. I was able to contact my local Law office and they helped me fill out the documents I needed and the divorce was done within 2 months. Damon was no help. Didn’t keep any kind of open communication with me. I feel I was scammed and had to do research to see if he was even a real attorney.
