If you are reading this reference I hope your circumstances are different than mine were when I decided I needed to find an attorney. When I sought out the services of Leecraft and Newberry my criteria was quite simple I wanted a firm that was within walking distance of my downtown office and a fami...ly practice. At the time walking distance seemed more important, I could not have been further off the mark! Our family, my wife and two children ages 9 and 11 were in a transition of moving from the Pacific Northwest to Austin; we had decided to leave the kids in school for the remaining 3 months of the semester and I would commute each week to Austin.
