I cannot say more positive experience with Joe and his staff. If you want to win your case, hire Joe. I can say I had the toughest case in child custody. Joe accepted the challenge and accomplished our goals. I had a jury trial for my final divorce hearing (rare in civil matters) in additional to num...erous temporary hearings with another lawyer. I won with primary custody but a geographical restriction. Not knowing too much about the system, I left the geographic restriction for my job for less than six months. I thought I could easily reverse custody after I moved back. After all it was for the benefits of the children. It turned out to be a difficult and prolonged process. It was also amidst COVID with all the changes. Joe and his staff are highly organized, knowledgeable, professional and flexible in their law practice. The court reversed custody and granted all for the best interests of my children. With his own life experience, Joe knows what a family needs and what are considered the best interests of the children. Joe and his staff are kind people fighting to reveal the truth no matter how the opponent behaved. For this, we are forever grateful!

I filed for divorce in April 2015 and I had the worst lawyer possible. I've never had a divorce so I didn't really know what to expect and it wasn't until I was into deep I realized that she was not fighting for me or helping me to actually move forward.
