Joseph Malone Newberry

I never thought i would write a review for an Attorney, but Joe Newberry has earned it, plus more! WHY? simply by being an ordinary guy, doing extraordinary things for his friends and clients! I was in dire straights by the time i found Joe. my confidence was low, i had taken a legal beating and... felt i had been taken advantage of by "the system" and previous legal professionals. lots of promises. lots of money. horrific results! a good friend listened to my woes and said; You need to call JOE NEWBERRY! Joe lifted my spirits immediately and for the first time, i finally felt like i had an attorney who is working for me, not the all mighty billing meter. Joe, stood by my side and explained the current situation to me in black and white. Joe reassured me that i wasn't in this alone - and with his knowledge, logic and results oriented focus, i can do better. i hired Joe on the spot and things made a 180 degree turn quickly... in my favor. i finally had someone fighting for me! fighting for what was right! Joe's advice turned out to be gold. i have made some mistakes in life, but NOT finding Joe sooner was a very costly mistake, i will not make again. if you are looking for a "no strings attached" attorney who is uniquely qualified to focus on YOU and what is best for you and your family...you better call Joe and his TEAM, sooner vs. later. i empirically endorse Joe Newberry! i now i stand by his side as an advocate, in an effort to repay Joe for the goodwill he has created for me.

My situation was a long, drawn out, repetitious nightmare, but I could not have gotten through it peacefully without Joe. He took care of me from the beginning and saw it through to the end. He was patient with me, the opposing council, and the judge. He had much bigger cases that he could have been ...distracted with, but Joe and his staff made me feel like I was his only customer. Don't go anywhere else. Joe's your man.

When I came to Joe I was in the middle of a divorce that had been going on for several years. I could not reach a reasonable settlement even though there was a relatively small estate involved. He and his staff worked very hard to get the deed done and after bantering with the other attorney for so...me time, we finally settled. I could not be happier with the outcome and I would recommend Joe to anyone that needs the tough things done. He has been very understanding and patient with my case, so 5 stars for Joe and his staff.

Joe took over my case after my previous attorney made a huge mess out of things. He took a bad situation that was headed for disaster and pulled out the best result possible. He was very frank about what my options were, honest with what he thought the cost would be and helped weigh my options obje...ctively. He and his staff worked to keep the cost of my case at a reasonable price always being mindful of their time and the expense that adds. He made sure that every detail was addressed, even counseling if necessary. He was aggressive when needed and cooperative when it was required, the right balance the entire time.
