I am a single dad of 2 kids in Austin Texas. Joe was able to settle my case in mediation. I filed for divorce in April 2015 and I had the worst lawyer possible. I've never had a divorce so I didn't really know what to expect and it wasn't until I was into deep I realized that she was not fighting for me or helping me to actually move forward. She was stalling and draining me of money th...at I didn't even have to begin with. Even Benjamin Ashton, who greets clients is so very cordial and helpful. He helped me carry all of my boxes from my old lawyer. I would recommend the Newberry Law firm 10 times over to any and everyone. Please don't make the mistake that I did and hire a mediocre lawyer. Hire the very best and that is the Newberry Law Firm.

I met with Joe and his staff about 3 months before I actually filed. He drew up papers at that time so that when it came time for me to file, he had everything in order. He and his staff were punctual, thorough, and very fairly priced. He was very honest with me about what would happen, addressed ...any issues that MAY come up, and fought for my rights. Although it was not always what I wanted to hear, he still insisted on telling me the truth instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. I would recommend Joe and his staff over and over. I have, in fact, sent several of my best friends to him and they are all very satisfied with his work.
