Mr. Newberry took charge from Day 1. I spoke to him at 8:00a.m. and I was in his office by Noon the same day. I was exeriencing child-custody issues and he did not hesitate once. 1- Absolute money sucker. 2- goes to court room without studying the case. 3- depends on his Mother who runs the office. 4- his office changed minimum 2 layers , 2 legal assistants in less than 6 months. 5- never response on time. 6- never read the email content completely. its just like you ask... him right and he answers left and so on. if you have a divorce case that involves kids issue, then this is ABSOLUTLY not the right lawyer to hire.
