Mr. Jones was able to plea down the case to get my grandson 9 months with time served counted in Devalle and get into a work program that will knock off 2 months of his sentence once he successfully completes it. My grandson is so very happy and he is almost back to his ole self even though he is still incarcerated. He is excited about getting out of jail soon, and he has his hope back.
