Highly recommended: Ilana Tanner

Tanner came highly recommended by the president of the Travis County Women’s Lawyer Association. With a challenging situation Ilana took on my case in the middle of proceedings and was skillfully agile in her ability to assess the status and move forward quickly. There is no exaggeration in how qu...ick Tanner began to work. Within a month of placing her as lead council on my case I was authentically represented and awarded rights that were legally mine. This was the beginning of a monthly cycle of progress being made on my case until the matter was majorly resolved. I highly recommend Tanner for matters that require a knowledgeable professional who is quick on their feet. Last I would like to highlight the skill of active listening found in Tanner and her team at The Ilana R. Tanner Law Firm. Not only did I feel heard by her team as they worked on the many details of my case, other professionals involved felt heard as well. The state, medical and family members involved in my case all complemented Tanner in how she “let them speak” when interacting and responded in kind. I have found it is common to have issues with counsel who do all the talking and forget details that are major to the represented but minor to the representatives and judges. Tanner breaks the mold in this area. She will hear you, your family and the professionals working on your behalf. She will answer calls and formulate needed responses in a timely manner. For this last reason, I again, highly recommend her for all legal services and support her efforts professionally whatever they may be. Ilana Tanner is an attorney in Austin who reflects well upon the people, the court and the judges of this city.

Amazing & Hard-Working!!

I had been trying to get divorced for the past 4 years, but since my ex was ‘absent’ in the state of Texas, I had to go through a lot of extra steps to try and finalize everything. A friend of mine recommended that I use Ms. Tanner, but she was working for Ms. Brown at the time. I hired Ms. Bro...wn and she started off doing an ok job. Long story, short, she never kept me in the loop with anything and I showed up for court and Ms. Brown DID NOT! She forgot to mention to me that she had ‘found’ my ex-husband and was working on trying to get him to the courts. She was awful!!! I then fired Ms. Brown and hired Ms. Tanner! From day one, she was amazing! She answered any and all of the questions that I had. She helped me mentally and emotionally get through my divorce! She continued to keep me updated if anything at all was happening. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me! If you ever need an amazing lawyer, go with Ilana Tanner!
