With most attorneys - the clock is their friend. With Catherine - she always did what was in my best interest and did it efficiently. Just one telling example - we needed to file a document early on in the process and instead of taking handwritten notes (like most attorneys would), and having her paralegal type it up later, review it, etc... Catherine turned around to her computer and just hammered it out. It saved time because it was done then, and it was done right the first time. I'm not saying this will happen all the time - but its a good example of her personality. She didn't always agree with what I wanted to do, but was always able to calmly explain the possible implications and we always came out with a solid strategy.
