Diligent

Mr. Hopkins and his legal team were extremely helpful on two separate occasions. I initially contacted his office for assistance with writing an explanation for separation from the USMC for a an employment application. He was very patient and assisted with this very quickly. Upon further review of th...e reason for my separation, he was also able to assist me with requesting a discharge update from the USMC for my DD 214. This process typically takes a long time and sometimes the outcomes are not positive. However, in my case the outcome was excellent, as he and his legal team were able to get the update to my discharge. During this whole process he and his team were very respectful, responsive and professional. I am extremely grateful for the work of Mr. Hopkins and his team.

Texas Dental Board

Franklin and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I had a very serious issue with the Texas dental board. Throughout my extremely difficult ordeal, Franklin and his team supported me. His approach to my unique and individual case required thinking "outside the box." I followed Mr. Hopk...in's advice to a T. The result was a wonderful outcome with the board that went beyond my expectations. Hire him and follow his advice. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent Team

Consulted Mr Franklin prior to TX license renewal being unfamiliar with the process being out of state. Mr Franklin and Barbara patiently walked me through the renewal process and proper handling in submitting supplemental information to the board. They communicated with the licensing board in order ...to clarify what is necessary for submission to guide me through the entire process. Mr Franklin and his associate, Barbara Jordan are both knowledgeable, professional, and willing to assist in any way possible to make the process completed in short timeframe. I was able to successfully renew my license with their help. If any future need arise regarding this matter, I am 100% certain that I will contact Mr Franklin and his team of associates again.

A genuine, professional and extremely sincere lawyer and gentleman.

Mr Hopkins is an excellent attorney. Throughout the process he makes his clients feel welcomed, secure and always allows for an open ended question and answer discussion about their pertinent legal affairs. You're never left confused or with incomplete information about the current status of your le...gal case and what information you would need to have at their disposal to help expedite your case more effectively. Mr Franklin and his staff are always able to be reached throughout the regular business day via phone, text messages, and even quickly through emails. Mr Franklin he's very gifted with his communication ability with both his client and with their individual counterparts that are involved in the legal case. You feel very confident and enlightened about your situation with every meeting and communication with Mr Franklin that it makes an ugly process pass with much less agony and stress that would most certainly be worse with any other law firm in my opinion. Mr Franklin's genuine and caring personality makes a stressful situation much more bearable. He has great experience with medical legal law issues and has a very broad fund of knowledge. This coupled with his excellent work ethic and sincere personal touch with his clients, I am sure that you would not find any other attorney and staff to match these qualities anywhere else in the United states. I sincerely recommend Mr Hopkins for anyone's medical legal needs and I will say this truthfully, that I've made a friend much more than just having had an attorney client business relationship at the end of my casework with Mr Hopkins. I plan on keeping in touch with Mr Hopkins on a friendly level due to my appreciation of his pleasant and nurturing manner that he handled my legal needs. He truly treats his clients as his friend above all. Thank you again for letting me share my thoughts.

"I have seen Mr. Hopkins in action defending clients in several cases where I have represented a co-defendant. I also had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Hopkins on the other side when he worked as an attorney with the Texas Medical Board. He is always energetic, aggressive, and thoroughly prepared to present his client's case. I have referred Mr. Hopkins several cases where my firm was conflicted with every confidence the referral would receive excellent representation. I highly recommend Mr. Hopkins."

"Franklin was one of the top prosecutors I faced in the Army. At one point, I was the acting Senior Defense Counsel for Fort Hood. We were short defense counsel and I approached Franklin's boss to ask him to transfer lawyers to me. The first words out of his mouth were, "You can't have Franklin." Having faced Franklin in the court room, I immediately understood his reaction. I would trust him on any military case and he is my first call on any administrative matter."

"I recommend Mr. Hopkins to potential clients whenever my law firm is unable to assist them due to scheduling issues or subject matter conflicts. I do so without hesitation. I have been opposing counsel when he was with the state. I have conferred with him on a number of matters since he joined the private sector. I have observed him Board meetings and in SOAH court room proceedings. He is professional, prepared, and personable. He is comfortable with litigation, knows the Rules of Evidence, and has practical tactics for getting the job done. In short, Mr. Hopkins is squared away in all respects and has impressed me with his approach in both the Board room and the court room."
