My Rights Were Protected!

Mr. Hopkins, Ms. Jordan and the legal team provided the best legal representation during my peer review case. I am an Army Officer and a Behavioral Health provider whose privileges had been suspended indefinitely. This action was due to a criminal arrest and potential charges. I decided to hire Mr.... Hopkins and his legal team in hopes of defending my career as a Behavioral Health Provider. Mr. Hopkins and his legal team did a superior job in developing a solid defensive and creatively organized a strong case to assist me in reinstating my clinical privileges. Mr. Hopkins and his legal team prepared a well-organized witness panel who spoke at my Defense Health Agency (DHA) Peer Review Hearing Board. Mr. Hopkin and Ms. Jordan did a tremendous job in requiring the right questions and statements made throughout my DHA peer review hearing and during my Quality Assurance Investigation (QAI). Not only is the Hopkins’s Legal Team professional, thorough and proficient; they are extremely compassionate and supportive throughout my ordeal. This legal team ensured that my rights were protected and were always responsive in all my matters. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Hopkins and his legal team to represent you if you undergo investigations, clinical privileges suspended or anything that renders professional licensures.

Texas BON

Mr.Hopkins and his legal team provided excellent legal services. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and were able to have my case dismissed. Mr.Hopkins explained the process and kept me informed about my case as it progressed. He responded to all my questions in a timely manner via e-mail.... I was treated with respect and everyone is very kind. I highly recommend Mr. Hopkins and his team.

The Inevitable

After 20 years of practicing medicine and giving all of myself to my patients (not recommended:), it only took one complaint to cause months of stressful anticipation. 2 silver linings, I took an excellent course on patient boundaries and mr. Hopkin's team! Mercifully, my case was dismissed but if... it had not been, Mr. Hopkins would've seen me through it. The entire team is professional communicative and demonstrated compassion at a time that I needed it most. No Physician prepares him/herself for accusations of any sort, prepare yourself. Take classes and take a more defensive approach. And if you ever need an attorney, I give his office my highest recommendation. -austin fam med md

Best around!

Franklin, Barbara, Timothy, his whole team were so professional during this stressful time of my license being referred to the BON. They answered all my questions, and even when I just needed reassurance ~ they were all right there. The communication is hands down the best around. I would turn to thi...s team every time if need be. Once the board submitted a recommendation the Confrence call huddle we did made me instantly realize this firm has MY best interest in this case. You cannot go wrong by this form.

"I have seen Mr. Hopkins in action defending clients in several cases where I have represented a co-defendant. I also had the pleasure of seeing Mr. Hopkins on the other side when he worked as an attorney with the Texas Medical Board. He is always energetic, aggressive, and thoroughly prepared to present his client's case. I have referred Mr. Hopkins several cases where my firm was conflicted with every confidence the referral would receive excellent representation. I highly recommend Mr. Hopkins."

"Franklin was one of the top prosecutors I faced in the Army. At one point, I was the acting Senior Defense Counsel for Fort Hood. We were short defense counsel and I approached Franklin's boss to ask him to transfer lawyers to me. The first words out of his mouth were, "You can't have Franklin." Having faced Franklin in the court room, I immediately understood his reaction. I would trust him on any military case and he is my first call on any administrative matter."

"I recommend Mr. Hopkins to potential clients whenever my law firm is unable to assist them due to scheduling issues or subject matter conflicts. I do so without hesitation. I have been opposing counsel when he was with the state. I have conferred with him on a number of matters since he joined the private sector. I have observed him Board meetings and in SOAH court room proceedings. He is professional, prepared, and personable. He is comfortable with litigation, knows the Rules of Evidence, and has practical tactics for getting the job done. In short, Mr. Hopkins is squared away in all respects and has impressed me with his approach in both the Board room and the court room."
