Amazing

Dan Lype is an amazing attorney. Extremely knowledgeable, fair, and honest. I’d implore anyone considering Mr Lype - and this firm - to trust that you would be making a fantastic choice for your legal needs.

Above and beyond

I found myself in a place that I never imagined which ultimately resulted in me potentially losing my license as a counselor. Having no experience in these types of situations, I desperately researched and found Mr. Lype. I had no idea what to expect. What I got from Mr. Lype was honesty, genuineness..., and understanding. My case involved me having to talk about very difficult topics and he made this substantially easier to do. I personally believe we ended up getting a better outcome than what could have been expected. I owe that to him for being willing to work with me. If you are looking for a genuine, honest, compassionate attorney- Mr. Lype is your person. Thank you again for everything.

A thorough and experienced lawyer

We are grateful to have Dan and his staff helped us with our case, dealing with Texas Medical Board. Dan is honest, experienced and very thorough. He was supportive throughout the proceedings. His caring and calm nature has made us feel at ease during the whole process. His office staff was profe...ssional and responsive. Dan responded to our phone calls and emails promptly. We wholeheartedly recommend Dan and his firm without any reservation.

A True Professional

Dan is a true, honest professional and knows his material well. Dan worked with me on a TSBDE Case where a request of records and audit was performed on 5 patients within my dental practice. Going in front of the board on your own or blind is a bad idea. Dan has experience with the board, its membe...rs, attorneys and their methods. He guided me through the process and advised me perfectly. I highly recommend Dan to any dentist out there who needs help and guidance on all types of Texas State Dental Board matters.

Mr Lype

Great Lawyer, easy to access, affordable and had helped me against TMB and all the charges were dismissed. I would recommend him anyone needing help with dealing with TMB and would hire him if I need any help in future
