HELPED ME WITH MY DWI SITUATION AND WAS ABLE TO INFORM ME OF DETAILS OTHER LAWYERS FAILED TO EVEN MENTION WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY. Mr. Waller handled the preparation of my mother in law’s Last Will and Testament, as well as the probating her Will. Mr. Waller exhibited extreme patience and kindness while explaining the preparation of her Will to her. She was 92 at the time, and had many questions. Mr. Waller answered all of them ...in detail, and made certain she understood everything. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and always returned our calls in a timely fashion. When she eventually passed away, the family was a little nervous about the probating of her Will, but it ended up being a smooth process thanks to Mr. Waller and his wonderful staff. Everyone in the office was exceptionally caring and compassionate during this difficult time, and always made sure we were kept in the “loop” as far as how things were moving along with our case. I would highly recommend Mr. Waller for all of your legal needs. He is very thorough and competent and always has his client’s best interest in mind. He will continue to be our family’s attorney as long as he is in practice. Our family cannot thank Mr. Waller enough, and we honestly believe you can’t go wrong with Mr. Waller by your side!

Everything you would expect from hiring an excellent attorney!!

Hiring a good attorney in a criminal matter is vital! Not only is your life and reputation on line but also it is a sizable investment. I myself did not take that decision lightly. I first made my decision based on Mr. Wallers reviews. They were all so positive and reassuring I thought to myself "T...his guy cant be that good" so I decided to contact Mr. Wallers law firm. I made the call late in the evening and I kid you not, 20 minutes after I left Mr. Waller a voice mail my phone rung. I thought for sure the person calling must be a part of his legal team just wanting more information, I was wrong. It was Mr. Harold Christopher Waller himself. I briefly explained my situation which was not a laughing matter and Mr. Waller went over a game plan with me on the spot that seemed very feasible. I immediately felt relieved so I decided to hire Mr. Waller as my attorney in a MTR 1st degree felony case. It was during the holidays so I wouldn't have court for a few weeks but Mr. Waller was always reachable if I had any questions. In a situation like this it really meant a lot to I feel I had someone by my side who always kept lines of communication open if and when I wanted to discuss my case. On the my day of court I was nervous but felt confident, especially when the bailiff who at the time was putting hand cuffs on me because of my warrant said to me " I'm going to have to detain you because of your warrant but you have a damn good attorney so you should be alright" lol . Once again I had peace of mind.. Anyway, long story short Mr. Waller lived up to his reputation...He went in there , talked with the DA, then with the judge, then with me, then back with DA then back with me and before I knew it I was in front of the judge with charges dropped and probation of 10 years completed satisfactory... It was at that very moment when I knew I that I had made the right choice in hiring Mr. Waller. So if you made some bad choices in life like we all do from time to time and find yourself needing a DAMN GOOD ATTORNEY , I highly recommend giving Mr. Waller a call. Not only is he a great attorney but he seems to be a very decent man.

Good Attorney

Really attentive attorney who knows the law and the court. He really kept me informed and helped out my child. Highly recommend.
