Client falsely accused of being part of a prescription fraud conspiracy. Her name was used without her consent. Fraud conviction would have made her lose her job and federal housing.

Police Department investigates, everyone denies that it could have happened b ... ecause he is crazy and actually has no contact with this niece. Police Department still pushes and District Attorney actually INDICTS him. (Grand Jury failed on this one). Had him psyched and D.A. figured out that he had no evidence and that it was a schizophrenic episode. Poor guy was looking at life.
OUTCOME: Not Guilty
Client Falsely accused of assault while on Federal Supervised Release. Full hearing. Government lost. He went free.
