Helpful Attorney at a time of NEED

When my Dad became ill, and before my Dad's condition would have him bed ridden, I immediately began looking for attorneys that could help with wills. I contacted Chris's office, and he and Anna Waller took me in, after explaining our situation. The initial consultation was just me and him, but aft...er hiring Chris, he and Anna came to my parents house, to meet my Dad and Mom, and we began the process to generate a will for both my parents. The next visit, I took my parents to his office, and there my parents were treated like family! Chris spoke to my parents, one at a time and isolated from me and other family to get their wishes down on paper. When this was done, the documents were drawn up, and Dad and Mom have a will! I stuck with Chris Waller when it came to my Moms Power Of Attorney documents, he and Anna again helped with that document as well! Harold Waller is my Attorney, if I ever need an Attorney, he's the one I go to! To date, Harold (Chris) Waller has helped me with: Wills, Power Of Attorney, Documents related to the sale of property, and guiding me through Deed documents for property sold.

Family Law

I was in need of a lawyer to prepare a last will and testament for my mother. My mother did not have an up-to-date will. We were in desperate need to quickly get her wishes taken care of. Then she fell in the shower and broke her leg. Her health went into quick decline. I contacted Mr. Waller and exp...lained the situation. He told me to come right in and he would meet with me. We consulted on what needed to be prepared. He knew exactly what documents were needed to take of her needs. I took forms home and filled them out, returned them to his office. The documents were prepared in a very timely manner. My mother was in a rehab facility in another town that was 2 hours away. He agreed to meet us at the facility. Every thing was taken care of. We were very blessed to have him do this for us. I would recommend him to everyone. If he can't help you, he will send you to someone who could. He was very professional in every way.

Family Estate Planning

Chris Waller was extremely professional, caring and patient when assisting my mother with her Will in 2012. She was 92 at the time and had many questions and concerns, which Chris answered thoroughly, and with thoughtfulness. This put her, and us at ease with the process. When my mother passed away i...n 2013, Chris met us at court to probate her Will. Everything went as smooth as silk.Very proficient, kind and down to earth person. I highly, highly recommend Chris Waller for your family estate planning needs!

Estate Planning

Mr. Waller handled the preparation of my mother in law’s Last Will and Testament, as well as the probating her Will. Mr. Waller exhibited extreme patience and kindness while explaining the preparation of her Will to her. She was 92 at the time, and had many questions. Mr. Waller answered all of them ...in detail, and made certain she understood everything. He was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and always returned our calls in a timely fashion. When she eventually passed away, the family was a little nervous about the probating of her Will, but it ended up being a smooth process thanks to Mr. Waller and his wonderful staff. Everyone in the office was exceptionally caring and compassionate during this difficult time, and always made sure we were kept in the “loop” as far as how things were moving along with our case. I would highly recommend Mr. Waller for all of your legal needs. He is very thorough and competent and always has his client’s best interest in mind. He will continue to be our family’s attorney as long as he is in practice. Our family cannot thank Mr. Waller enough, and we honestly believe you can’t go wrong with Mr. Waller by your side!

SIMPLY THE BEST!

When my 83 year old mother suddenly got sick and needed surgery I needed a power of attorney ASAP and he was there for me when I needed. Highly recommend him.
