After consulting with Mr. Waller, he informed me that he felt more comfortable referring me to another attorney who specialized in the specifics of my case. Even though he did not take my case, Mr. Waller took the time to explain (in a no nonsense fashion) what would happen as well as what steps I n...eeded to take to acheive a favorable outcome. Ultimately, my case turned out exactly as Mr. Waller explained and my outcome was successful due to his advice. In my opinion, Mr. Waller is one of the few attorneys who is honest and forthright. For Mr. Waller to take the time to advise me and not "brush me off" even though he would not get compensated for it speaks very highly of his character. It is comforting to know there are attorneys like Mr. Waller out there who are completely honest and won't steer a person wrong.

First off, we have been using the services of Mr. Waller for about a year and a half now (yeah its been a fun year...) and this was for a first time offense. After spending a few days looking for an attorney, we were referred by one attorney I called to Mr. Waller. They had an immediate opening for a... consult and the consult was free which is great. Honestly I don't know why any attorney charges consult fee when you have to actually pay the retainer costs anyway. Important note here for people interested - YOU CAN DO PAYMENT PLANS. They worked with my budget and what I was able to pay so I wouldn't go broke paying for an amazing attorney. Within the first few minutes we knew this was they guy we wanted, he was very straightforward, to the point, and no beating around the bush. He knew how the system worked and even though some stuff was done incorrectly during the arrest he was able to give us example after example of what the prosecution would say to combat the wrongdoings. Definitely knows his stuff. The first felony was for possession of meth and a concurrent DWI. His legal assistants are amazing. Can't tell you how many times I called those guys during the last year. And they are never annoyed and always get back to me quickly. They even respond to text messages which is super convenient. We were given all the options about the felony and different programs that could help clear the charges and make everything basically disappear...then there happened to be another arrest for the same charge. Given all the options again and resigned a contract to cover this and all was good. Went to court super quick and Waller was able to get all the charges put together on the SAME probation so that it was all served concurrently even though the indictments for the second one hadn't been pushed through yet. Even was able to get the Judge's original probation sentence reduced by a few years. That was seven months ago. Last month there was a violation of probation so it was revoked which means to jail we go! After thirty days (stupid holidays) Waller was able to get time served for the entire length and get the probation reinstated without having to deal with prison time or lock down rehab. At this moment he is still on the case and while I hope he isn't needed as often in the future it is great to know that we have someone who really works to get the best for his clients. I am happy to honestly say that I couldn't have chosen a better attorney and am SO HAPPY I didn't go for a court appointed one. They are so hit and miss, there is no way to know if they even care or have the time to really focus on your case. I would recommend Mr. Waller to first time offenders and repeat offenders. He has experience with all types of criminal charges and if (crosses fingers) something were to happen again in the future I would not hesitate to pay for Waller's assistance again.

Hiring a good attorney in a criminal matter is vital! Not only is your life and reputation on line but also it is a sizable investment. I myself did not take that decision lightly. I first made my decision based on Mr. Wallers reviews. They were all so positive and reassuring I thought to myself "T...his guy cant be that good" so I decided to contact Mr. Wallers law firm. I made the call late in the evening and I kid you not, 20 minutes after I left Mr. Waller a voice mail my phone rung. I thought for sure the person calling must be a part of his legal team just wanting more information, I was wrong. It was Mr. Harold Christopher Waller himself. It was at that very moment when I knew I that I had made the right choice in hiring Mr. Waller. So if you made some bad choices in life like we all do from time to time and find yourself needing a DAMN GOOD ATTORNEY , I highly recommend giving Mr. Waller a call. Not only is he a great attorney but he seems to be a very decent man.
