I never dreamed I would ever need a divorce attorney but I was wrong. Going through a divorce is one of the most stressful situations you could go through in your life. Charles represented me in a manner that made my experience the best it could have been under these circumstances. Charles accepted my calls during the week and weekends. He was in constant communication with me even when he was out of town in conference, family vacation, etc. I never felt like I did not know what was going on in my case. If Charles was unavailable, his paralegal was excellent and always knowledgeable. I located Charles through a friend of mine who is an attorney. My friend recommmended Charles because not only was he highly respected by his fellow lawyers but but the judges as well. Charles is from the San Antonio area and went to law school in San Antonio which means he is deeply rooted and connected. The mediator that Charles recommended for my case was excellent. We were able to reach an agreement in one day of mediation. Overall, I give Charles and his staff the highest recommendation.

When clients come to me, I give them my office number, my cell number, and even my home nmber because I want to be as accessible as possible. Fast , Professional and accessible. Best Custody lawyer in Texas.

Charles Hardy surpassed my high expectations for my Child Custody case. He even worked on Fathers day weekend and completed my case. He was very professional and very accessible to my questions regardless of what time or day it was... I will use his services and be his client forever.
