Perfect lawyer
Donald Tye is the best lawyer possible not just because he is very knowledgeable, experienced and skillful. He cares. He listens. He would call you even late at night or from vacation when you’re in a stressful situation to support, to explain what he and his team are doing and why, what to expect etc. You definitely need to know and understand the process and he helps you to. He discusses all the details about your situation, listening attentively to all your talking about your sorrows And he gets the results! I am very grateful to my friend for advice: “Go to Donald”. I definitely recommend Donald Tye and his associates.

Divorce
Donald Tye is an outstanding attorney. He was by my side throughout my difficult divorce. He established a detailed strategy that covered all aspects of the case including managing the complex legal system and fighting the impossible challenges of my former husband and his attorney. He and his team were always available to me, working with me and for me. He is a skilled attorney, protecting me and my assets in a system that can be unpredictable. I highly recommend Donald Tye if you are in need for an attorney.

Fantastic lawyer! Atty Tye and his staff were empathetic to my needs and always respectful. I was near to losing my family built home in a divorce and when I hired Donald, he turned that & much more around for me. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have/have had Atty Tye by my side.

Difficult divorce follow up
Mr. Tye, who I located via the internet given the fact that I live in Missouri since the time or separation from my ex, was fabulous in his handling of this case. When Massachusetts, where my divorce took place, passed a law limiting alimony payments after age 65, I hired him to deal with the termination of divorce payments. As it was he wound up handling both my ex wife and myself (I paid for the whole process). The process took place without a hitch and resulted in an amicable termination of alimony payments. He much exceeded my expectations, based on our original divorce action, of a long and combative situation. I was extremely satisfied with Mr. Tye and the assitant he used in my case.

The Very Best Lawyer!
I made a huge mistake not hiring attorney Donald Tye at the beginning when my divorce started. Foolishly I thought my now ex-husband would be a decent guy so I hired a local attorney, who seemed good enough to help write up a divorce agreement and that would be that. Well, that’s now how it played out. First of all, my ex became vicious, cruel and hateful in all matters every day, and the attorney I hired did NOTHING for almost 2 years! She didn’t return calls or emails, did not defend me, made numerous mistakes on filings and paperwork, and was absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL not only to the other side, but to me also! NOTHING happened with the court and divorce action at all with her as my attorney. I was at my wits end and desperate for help so in October 2020 I called Donald Tye, who many had told me was a fantastic attorney. What an unbelievable difference in attorneys! Donald was available, kind, understanding, patient, and professional and was immediately ready to help me. He not only answered or returned my calls, he called me regarding all that he was doing for me, and even to check on me. He has wonderful support staff also. I felt safe and well represented by him every minute and he made it clear he was only interested in doing a good job for me, his client, and made sure everything was in my best interest. He is a true force to be dealt with by the other side too—always professional, but tough! With Donald Tye as my attorney, I had a divorce agreement negotiated and to by the other side—all the work of Donald Tye- and divorce granted by a judge at the hearing on December 15, 2020. October-December! 2 months and it was over because I hired Attorney Donald Tye! Words are not even adequate to express how thankful I am for his services. Not only is he a wonderful attorney, he is a very good man that I will forever be grateful to.

Mr Tye is a wonderful person and a great lawyer.
Mr Tye was my lawyer for my domestic relations matters about 30 years ago. At a time when I was quite poor and couldn't afford general market rates of legal fees, Mr Tye still represented me to secure my personal safety and general wellbeing. He was a highly ethical lawyer, and an extremely caring family law attorney. Thirty years later, today when I encountered legal issues of a different field, I called up Mr Tye and he remembers his 30-y former client! Mr Tye coordinated his firm's lawyers in the different practice field, and the firm, Prince, Lobel & Tye, took care of my difficulties and treats me like a family member!

Strong-willed & Knowledgeable
Don was referred by a friend of a friend to represent me in my divorce. The divorce was largely uncontested but there were complications since I live abroad. Don was particularly knowledgeable of upcoming changes in legislation that assisted in resolution. I found Don to be very direct and heavy-handed in pushing for a private resolution which was ultimately achieved with an agreement that I feel was fair.

Very knowledgeable, attentive, Donald is passionate about helping people.
I came across Donald’s profile on AVVO, while was looking for help with A1 divorce. Before I talked to Donald, I did talk to other attorneys, but no-one listened to me, Donald took time to listen to me, to understand my situation and offer the best solutions. He lead my case from the beginning to the end, making it easy for me, Donald also made sure I understand everything I sign and understand the language, he was very patient and always answered all my questions. All the paperwork that he has prepared for me was accepted by court right away, with zero issues. I felt confident, confident that Donald knows, what he is doing, confident that he puts my needs first, confident that he truly cares about the result of my case. I’m very grateful I got across this profile, I’m grateful Donald worked with me. And I appreciate a lot all the work he has done to help me and make me feel confident.
