Tom Railsback, Attorney at Law, is the founder of The Law Office of Thomas C. Railsback, P. C. He was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1970; is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization; and is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Tom is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists; a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association; and is past chair of the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association. He is also a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas and the Dallas Alliance of Collaborative Family Lawyers.
