Biography
I am a San Antonio attorney who practices in both criminal and civil courts.
I have been arrested before. I have also been sued. I understand from personal experience how traumatic an arrest or a lawsuit can be, so I am particularly concerned for both the legal and emotional welfare of my clients.
I handle a wide spectrum of cases, ranging from the simple to the complex. My practice is predominantly focused in San Antonio, but I am often called to handle cases throughout the State of Texas.
Self-assurance has proven the bedrock of my litigation success. I have learned that an aggressive posture is indispensable to the successful outcome of each case. As a result, I litigate with a resolve and self confidence gleaned from thirty-five years courtroom experience.
I recognize that an open line of communication as the hallmark of a healthy attorney-client relationship. As a result, my clients have my personal cell phone number with which I make myself accessible throughout the week, day and night, and on holidays.
