Employment and Labor

Janna, was great from beginning till end. Having to go through any legal issues is frightening as it is, but she made me feel at ease throughout it all. Whenever I had a question she was quick to answer with confidence. Communication was great whether it was through email, text or via phone the communication was always there. I really hope I never have to go through any work related issues again but if I do I know who to call. Thank You once again Janna :)

Start-Up Tech Company: General / Outside Counsel

Early last year, my company was based in my living room and I had no employees. Over the year and a half that passed, Janna has helped build a solid legal foundation for my company. My company is developing new technologies and Janna has helped protect us by drafting strong non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, and filed for trademarks. Also, I now have nearly 20 employees and Janna ensured that my company is complying with California and Federal labor laws. She is very knowledgeable about a wide variety of issues - she has reviewed our leases, insurance policies, and so much more. I keep throwing random, unexpected issues at her and she responds very promptly and finds the solution. I strongly recommend attorney Janna Jamil to any other business that is starting up and needs legal advice from an attorney who is flexible, responsive, and can handle any crazy question you throw at her!

Janna is a Gem!

We were at a crossroad with our business; to fold or grow. With Janna’s assistance, we decided to grow. Our funds were limited however she worked with us, so that we could afford to obtain the legal advice needed with amending the company LLC and move forward in a professional manner. Without her assistance and understanding, we would still be sitting at the round table trying to figure out legal issues. Now we are able to spend time getting the business on track. She worked out the legal issues and addressed all of the questions we were concerned with and set us on the right track. She amended the LLC so that all involved were comfortable with the revisions. Janna is extremely patient and responds very fast. This is a quality that any client of any financial status appreciates. Besides being very knowledgeable and professional, she treated us so nice. Immigration for my wife

Janna helped me and my wife for her to get a marriage visa from Bulgaria. I would highly recommend Attorney Janna to any of my friends or family. She always personally handled all of my questions and she explained the process each and every step of the way. I was very happy that I was always able to speak with Attorney Janna herself -- she always directly helped me herself -- not her assistant or secretary. I am very excited that my wife will be arriving in the US in just a couple weeks! This is a great attorney and she will help you every step of the way. She is very patient and encouraged both me and my wife whenever we had concerns about the immigration process.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Case.

Janna I. Jamil helped me through each step of my immigration case, continuously answering all of my questions, and returned all of my email on the same day or next day! She is a genuine listener. Ms. Jamil is a top-notch attorney with a lot of experience, knowledge, work ethics and foundation. During a time of anguish and stress she came to my aid an her very first advise to me was the best relief as she orchestrated and awesome solution for the ruff path that lie ahead and did the best job all the way till the end .She took my case with out hesitation and in less than ten months, from start to finish.
