Mr Baseluos handled a conflict between the seller of a business venture and my buying it and later reselling it. The sales agreement drafted by the seller was very clear as to the terms of payment, but the seller interpreted the terms differently and decided to obtain legal consul to intimidate me i...nto agreeing with his interpretation. I never met Mr Baseluos face to face. Everything was conducted over e-mail, and I loved it. I thought this was great because it saved a lot of time for both of us.
