I was charged with assault causing bodily injury - family violence in Guadalupe County after my ex husband called the police during an argument we were having. He was punching and strangling me, so I hit him with a rock to get him off of me. Since he was the one that called the cops and reported the ...incident, it ended in my arrest. So I found Christine Del Prado and met with her upon my release to review my case and see if this was something she could help me fight. Christine and her husband met with me and went over my case and assured me that I would be in good hands, and that we would fight this case. And that she did! She did not back down, she said we would push this all the way to trial when dealing with the prosecutors in Guadalupe. And she had the case fully dismissed with in 3 court dates. No trial needed, last court appearance not needed. If convicted or any sort of court ordered probation or supervision would have been required it would have prevented this charge from ever being removed from my record. So we need a not guilty verdict or a full dismissal, which she produced. I could not have asked for a better attorney on my side. She was amazing, diligent, and had great communication with me during the entire process. I would only recommend her. Ever.
