I will start by saying that before hiring legal representation from Mr. Sims I was kind of skeptical but he proved me wrong he was professional answer all my questions from the beginning he told me don't worry I got this and he did I might not have gotten it dismissed but I can honestly tell you I di...dn't serve no jail time and got just a misdemeanor for mischief conduct I have his number on speed dial thanks again HydroJay

I had a DWI and I hired Arthur Sims. He told me that, if we went to ALR hearing, my drivers license would not get suspended. 90% probability my license would not get suspended. So I paid the money ... and my license indeed was suspended. And he didn't call me to tell me my licenses was suspended.... I was notified by a letter in the mail from TX DPS. I was unknowingly driving around with a suspended license for 2 weeks. That's a Class B Misdemeanor that I don't need. I should be applying for an Occupational Drivers License. For the breathalyzer interlock on my cars, he said I didn't need to get an interlock on both cars, just one. He said I could drive the second car infrequently and it would be ok. Other lawyers said I should get an interlock on any car I planned to drive. I gave him information about my case, was promised a call back, and never received a call. I paid half my fees on time to Mr. Sims, then in the middle of the process, I decided I wanted different representation. There are no refunds. I interviewed 3 other lawyers. It turned out that the advice and recommendations from the other 3 lawyers were opposite from Mr. Sims. I felt his representation was insincere. Don't waste your time.

I hired Mr. Sims for my DWI in Harris County. I explained to him that given my profession I could not have a DWI on my record. He got the case dismissed. He pushed it to the point of a trial and when we walked in to court that morning he came up to me with a smile and shook my hand as he told me my... case was dismissed. I hugged him I was so happy. He was awesome and professional and always returned calls within the timeframe of his contract. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

Dealing with a person such as myself can be a DIFFICULT task so I tip my hat to this gentleman. He has traits that most attorneys do not possess such as compassion, understanding and patience. He got my case dismissed. He explained from the jump what would happen and it did. No games, NO probatio...n, nothing he takes his cases seriously!
