To be honest I don’t know if he is even a lawyer, I could have done everything he did in my case. He would show up late to every court appearance then use the excuse that he had other clients. Maybe if he only had one client at a time he would do good but I doubt it.Their was zero evidence in my case... and he said that he was not confident in going to trail . Took weeks for him to text me back and when he did he wouldn’t even inform me about what’s going on with the case. I feel he does not care if you are found guilt or innocence.

I had a DWI and I hired Arthur Sims. He told me that, if we went to ALR hearing, my drivers license would not get suspended. 90% probability my license would not get suspended. So I paid the money ... and my license indeed was suspended. And he didn't call me to tell me my licenses was suspended.... I was notified by a letter in the mail from TX DPS. I was unknowingly driving around with a suspended license for 2 weeks. That's a Class B Misdemeanor that I don't need. I should be applying for an Occupational Drivers License. For the breathalyzer interlock on my cars, he said I didn't need to get an interlock on both cars, just one. He said I could drive the second car infrequently and it would be ok. Other lawyers said I should get an interlock on any car I planned to drive. I gave him information about my case, was promised a call back, and never received a call. I paid half my fees on time to Mr. Sims, then in the middle of the process, I decided I wanted different representation. There are no refunds. I interviewed 3 other lawyers. It turned out that the advice and recommendations from the other 3 lawyers were opposite from Mr. Sims. I felt his representation was insincere. Don't waste your time.

I appreciate all the knowledge that Mr. Sims possess and I very highly recommend him for any kind of criminal case because first he is honest and there is no runaround And every time I have cold I always got an answer and response and just like I said I'm a mechanic myself and people look for honest...y and it is hard to find an honest attorney lawyer in a mechanic and I find that honest go to Mr. Arthur Si and every time I have cold I always got an answer and a response and just like I said I'm a mechanic myself and people look for honesty and it is hard to find an honest attorney lawyer in a mechanic and I find that honest go to Mr. Arthur Sims.
