I hired Mr. Sims about 5 months ago. I had a disordlery conduct display/discharge a firearm case where police responded to an alarm at my home. I had gotten up since the alarm went off and grabbed my shot gun. I waived down the police as they came up the street. The officer threw me down after rip...ping the gun out of my hands. He said in the report that I wasn’t following his instructions and that was why he “wrestled” the gun away from me. What actually happened was that he rolled up and drew his weapon and at that point I placed my hands in the air and then carefully laid down my gun.
