I reached out to this attorney with the hope of getting help with my ticket. At first, he seemed nice and explained what he could do, which gave me confidence. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. He was quick to take my money but then became almost impossible to... reach. When I tried contacting him, he often said he was “busy” or “with family,” showing little concern for his clients. As my court date approached, communication was nearly nonexistent. On the day of court, he didn’t even show up as promised, claiming other things came up. This lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic client care was extremely disappointing. In the end, I had to settle my case on my own because I couldn’t rely on him. Hiring Arthur Simms was the worst attorney experience I’ve ever had. Please be very careful before hiring himhe will take your money and not prioritize your case. Would do 0 stars but does not give me the option.

I hired Mr. Sims a year ago. I had my second DWI charge. He said from day one the officer was just trying to pull someone over. Mr. Sims kept telling me not to take anything. I was worried but left it up to him. We pushed it all the way to trial and the DA dismissed it. I am so thankful for Mr. ...Sims and his willingness to keep fighting.
