Scott Joel Markowitz

Scott is very knowledgeable in traffic tickets. I haven't had many tickets in the past but this time I was going an alleged 102 in a 65mph zone. Now I've done some research in this area and defensive driving is not an option over 25mph and also deferred adjudication is not an option for such flagrant... speeding. However, just a short call and email to Scott and everything was taken care of! I didn't even have to appear in court! Scott handled everything for me and it was so simple! He managed to get me deferred adjudication and I couldn't be happier! His staff was friendly and handled everything with the utmost care and professionalism! Safe to say I've learned my lesson for speeding but if another issue like this arises...I will most definitely call Scott! Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Scott to all of my friends & family if they ever need an attorney for any type of traffic violations. Scott was able to take care of my ticket dismissal without any court appearance at all by me in Brazoria County. I had never had to use a traffic lawyer before, but my uncle highly recommended Scott Markowitz, and now I see why. Everyone in the law office is kind, understanding and honest. They kept me informed of my case and told me everything I needed to know. I barely had to do anything! They took care of ev...erything. On the day of court, they were kind enough to check me in so I didn't have to, and the two attorneys made sure I understood all my options. They successfully deferred my case. I was disappointed that I was out an extra $240 for defensive driving, but they negotiated a reasonable structured payment option with the court. And as long as I meet the terms of my deferral, the ticket will be dismissed and off my record. So I do not mind at all being out the $240. I will highly recommend Scott Markowitz to anyone.
