Donnica Marie Blackful

Ms. Blackful was extremely tenacious through obstacle after obstacle during my case. Then, the pandemic and the shutting down of courts due to Covid 19, didn’t make things any easier. However, in the end, she got me what I was asking for. The right to see my only daughter on a regular basis without ...continual harassment from the other party and the ability to bypass the lackadaisical attitude of law enforcement to enforce what were my current court orders prior to hiring her. She doesn’t put up with nonsense from unwilling coparent parties or their attorneys. She is an extremely hard worker for her clients and I would definitely recommend her to my friends or anyone who has a difficult domestic or custody situation where you know you have rights that are currently being violated as far as your child(ren) by the other parent and/or step parent. She knows the laws in Texas and tells it how it is, even if it’s not always what you want to hear. She’s a straight shooter. And I respect that about her. Ultimately, I would work with her again.

Very Traumatic experience for me with the whole court situation, but Ms Blackful was always 100% honest and upfront with me. I appreciated all of the insight she gave as well as always being there anytime i had questions or concerns at any point in time and she is very non-judgemental. I couldn't hav...e chosen anyone else that would or could have represented me better.

I would totally refer anyone to Donnica! She is an awesome person overall. She is trustworthy,very knowledgeable in her field of work. She has always been fast about responding to me and always kept me informed on what was going on with my case. Seeing that we live in oklahoma and had to hire a lawye...r in Texas was very stressful to me at first but the first phone conversation with Donnica I knew that I wanted her to take my case because she knew what she was talking about and she was willing to work with me via; email,text, and/ or phone calls.
