Brian came so highly recommened and still eceeded my expectations. This was my first time going to jail and I was facing serious charger for defending myself. I was referred to Mr. Burns by a friend who told me I really needed to consult with someone regarding my situation. I was told that Mr. Burns would be able to help me, or at least tell me if i had a case to fight or not. Horrible lawyer. Kept postponing my court date only to tell me a day before court that I had to accept a plea deal of 10 yrs in prison or that I could get up to 25. Fired him immediately and hired Jeremy Dishong, by far the best lawyer in conroe tx. He tells you exactly what he can do for you and how... much it will cost to retain his services. Brian on the other hand just kept postponing and never had a clear answer as to what he could do for my case. If yo don't want your family member or yourself to end up in prison I suggest you go elsewhere. He will do NOTHING for you. Yes, he might not charge much but he won't do anything to help your case. Please do not use him.

Brian burns was my attorney against the state of Texas. Bryan help me prove my innocence in a case where I was accused inappropriately touching a 8 year old girl.
